The room
The stream nobody can leak.
One token opens one session, on one screen. Forward the link and it opens nothing, for anyone. The chat is the show’s and it ends when the show does; the booth stays open in the room for ticket holders, while the set is on.

The room is capped. The stream is not.
When the venue sells out, the band can open the stream to the people the gate counted. People, not taps. A season ticket covers every show in the run, and each one still opens with your passkey.
